Real British cooking, made by hand, and brought to your market stall, wedding, and table.

Chef Pam grew up on proper pasties, Sunday roasts, and afternoon teas, the kind of food that's less about fuss and more about feeding the people you love. When she settled in Chicago, she brought all of it with her.
What started as a single French Market stall, hand-crimping pasties one weekend at a time, has grown into the grazing tables, afternoon teas and wedding spreads that Chicagoland now plans events around.

Everything comes out of one Chicago kitchen, and Chef Pam works on every menu personally, no faceless commissary, no cutting corners. Pasties are crimped by hand. Grazing tables are styled on-site. Tea is brewed in real pots.
It's the reason we sell out most weekends, and the reason people come back for their weddings, showers and office lunches once they've tasted it at a market.
See what we caterNo shortcuts, no mystery trays. Food that tastes like someone made it.
Pam is on every menu and, when booked, at your event, not just a name on the van.
Proper pasties, roasts and teas, the comfort of British food, made in Chicago.
